Drt. is a system that I created that I think would change the way we think about groceries. It utilizes all materials (including food scraps!) to minimize our food waste and carbon footprint. Drt. sends all of your fresh groceries and your compost “drt.bag” directly to your front porch. After using the products, materials can be recycled, reused, or picked up by our very own drt truck! The truck would take your food waste from your drt.bag and deliver it to a community compost bin to be turned into...you guessed it...dirt! That dirt would then be donated to local farmers who supply your groceries! (And the cycle continues)
